No killing bonus

I have beaten the game twice. The first time I saved everyone, but I didn't have perfect quarma because some of the natives ended up dying along the way...I didn't get any bonuses for that except the good cutscene. Then I went back and killed everyone except for the 10 fuzzles and 2 muds that you have to save to get through the game. Again, no bonuses other than the bad ending. (Both of these cutscenes are really cool btw).

So there is no bonus for killing everyone. Is there a bonus for absolutely perfect quarma? Also, I think I heard somewhere that there are 3 endings to the game. Does anyone know how to get it? (There is no way that it is the kill nothing not even the bad guys rumor, because this is impossible. The enemies still explode when you deposses them)

You Beaten MO already? Must of been a pretty easy game then.

The first time took almost a week, then the second time took 2 days of almost nothing but playing.

try just tapping the de-posess button - apparently the longer you hold down the de-posess button the more the animal is injured

- maybe you missed some Muds & Fuzzys out when you tried to kill them all

No, the sligs still explode even if you have just tapped it. I have tried tapping and they still explode. Many times I have accidently exploded my slig when I hit the wrong trigger to try and see the health. Also, I know that I didn't miss any because there are status boards in every level that has guys to rescue, and it shows your quarma when you press start and look under quarma. Before I finished every level, I checked to make sure that the quarma meter was all the way in the red. I even used the meter to make sure I had killed all the native muds as well (they aren't on the status boards). There were twelve rescues that had to be made in the whole game, and those where the only times I didn't end the level with completely bad quarma. Those levels also had score boards so I could see that I had killed everything else that I didn't absolutely have to save.

To RoN_Rancor:

What are the GOOD and BAD endings? I did see the endging were Abe and Munch are on Ships Dock and then Munch tells Abe that Fuzzles are going to blow up the starship.

What is the other ending movie like?

Is it worth playing again? Since I didn't get all critters saved.
Thanks!

I've also beaten MO with the good quarma ending. If you play it a lot you should be done with it in a week or so.

That was the good quarma ending. If you're going to play again, get the bad quarma ending, because that's a totally different CG ending, and it's pretty funny. The perfect quarma ending is the same as the good one, but just with an extra newspaper article at the end. Nothing too big.

Originally MO was going to have a super special ending for anyone that did not kill anything in the intire game.

But that was one of many things scrapped from the original PS2 game

Yes game's can be beaten if you play 24-7 and I MEAN 24-7..Once I got a "A BUG"S LIFE" game and played it all day AND BEAT IT AT 9:00 that night at the SAME DAY I GUT IT :D

Kroenig the Glukkon 12-07-2001 08:01 PM

Yeah. when I first found out MO was announced I read every article, interview, questions that I could possibly find. In the original copy you actually possessed Lulu and you would take him to a factory or whatnot that wasnt doing to good. Then you would order the sligs do this and that and make a huge profit and move on to the next level. (im guessing lulu wouldnt explode) example: (I read this in an interview with Lorne...

Theres a Huge facotory that sucks out the fat of Mudflubs and use there fat for aviation fuel, but the factory isnt doing too well because theyre dumping the fuel into the river. So then you would have to posses Lulu and get the sligs to turn the valves off and order the water level to be lowered so they can harvest more mudflubs from the banks.Pretty cool eh? Wouldve been alot cooler that way, possesing Lulu in every stage to get money? way better than possesing a glukkon and putting money in a vending machine. If they did it the way they said it would take ALOT longer to finish a stage and also alot more work. (good thing)

I don't get why they left so much out in the Xbox version

I also dont.

Shrykullmaster 01-04-2002 10:56 PM

they needed to leve the stuff out because MO was a launch game, in other words, that was a big game that would be 1 of the xbox games and they couldn't delay it to add that stuff for that reason. and am i only 1 who thinks that the explosions when depossessing things in that game is lame? it looks like something that would be served in KFC or something... and wheres the blood? since wen is there blue sparks in u?

angry slig 01-04-2002 11:21 PM

The blue sparks are abes spirit escapeing but the hole KFC look is really lame, il start a post in General discussion about that.
