there are 3 other ranks, but I won't reveal those at this time :D. the ft/in beside the name is their length

Abilites(and a few other facts...)
telepathic
excellent sense of smell
stinger is duel purpose: injects poison and shoots out webs that burn like acid.
immune to magic
resistent to possession (can be done, but the whole collective mentally assults you...ouch)
nocturnal
pack mentality
will avenage their comrads(they will stalk the guilty party until they kill them)
carniverous (kind of 'duh')
only broodlings lack poison and web shooting ability.
hate sunlight(it causes them to literally cook within their shells...)

thought I add one more of the classes and a little bit more useful info...(there are two more classes, but I won't reveal those until ppl actually start trying to find the main colony)

Additional Info
Poison Dam:
Juville: -1 HP per round for 2 rounds.
Young Adult/Adult: -2 HP per round for 2 rounds.
Warrior: -2 HP per round for 3 rounds
Web Shot Dam
Adult and up: -1 HP one time dam (note: can't kill victim on its own, therefore any NPC's with only 1 HP just get knocked out...)
