Magua and Osiris exit the weapons shop and get the croud's attention. "ahem. I, Osiris, extraordinary trombone player, and Magua, reknowned saxta player are going to put on a song for you. It's a song I made up on the way to pyke. I hope you like it. Osiris turns to Magua and says "here's the notes, play at a moderately slow speed, ok?" "Ok", Magua replies. 1...2...3...4...

Marginally enthusiastic applause from the croud. The croud coughs up $400, Osiris and Magua gain 200 each. "Do you have any songs, Magua?"

(ooc: Was that too much? I'm kinda desperate for a weapon. Dakkan, in the next post you don't have to put the notes :))

Magua: Hey Osiris, I know a song.... This one will get the crowd going. Called The Mountain King. Its is E-flat concert scale.
In 3/4 time. All stacato.

Osiris: Uh.... okay.... I'll try.

Magua: **Pulls out Saxta** **Dit - Dit - Dit - Dit - Dit - Dit - Daaaaa - Di - Di - Daaaa**

Osiris: **Pulls out Tronbone** **Dit - Dit Daaaaa**

**The crowd goes Wild! They throw tons of coins, 800 Moola**

Osiris: Sweet! That was awesome! Here is your half....

Magua: Na, you keep it.

Osiris: Thanks... well, let's....

OOC: Wanna keep going, the crowd may be taped =).

"This song is called "Asche Zu Asche" I hope you like it. *Osiris hands Dakkan the notes* "This time you keep the money, okay?" "okay", he replies. "3/4 time. Ready? Here we go".

The crowd goes wild! 800 moolah to Magua. "Umm, my lips are starting to hurt. I think that's enough music for me."

Magua: Ya, my tounge has splinters in it. Here man, you can have my 800, I got money in places. There is no need to woory about me.

Orisis: Really? **Pushes money away** Are you sure?! I mean....

Magua: TAKE IT! I really don't need it. Plus you need a weapon right? I have one at home. It has been in my family for a long time. Anyways, let's get pacen and head to my camp. I got to get my stuff.

Orisis: Sure

**They go and get Pacen**

OOC: How long have you played your instrament in real life. I played the saxaphone for like 4 years constant. Now, I just fiddle with it once in a while for money.

OOC: I'm still waiting for Grid to answer! :)
I think I'll just say yes for him and change it later if I'm wrong, as I think he said I could get a job on MSN.

OOC: Just get him to do it!! God, what's taking so long, Grid?! You said it would be ready by tomorrow!

OOC: Don't be too harsh on him. I'm not going to whinge any more to him for a while. Dakkan go to Oddchat if you're still on.

Hey Dakkan, guess what? Maybe you should just wait for the weapon shop like everyone else, coz you see, my life doesn't revolve around the RPG, and I have OTHER things to do besides worry about whether I have posted something for Dakkan on time.

OOC: Sorry guys, Grid says although busking is allowed, no income can become of it unless another player decides to give you some. So i guess you made no moolah from this topic. Bummer.

Pacen meets the group outside.

Magua: "Did you get the job."

Pacen: "I start tomorrow."

Osiris: "Great, well done"

Magua: "Can we go get my stuff then?"

Pacen: "Well I need somewhere to stay, since I'm new here. How about I look for a suitable place to setup camp while you two go get Magua's stuff?"

Never take !? GOD I HATE YOU!!!! Seriously, I write with deep feeling that might affend people sometimes. no need to cry about it.

Well THAT ruined my day. I have to babysit my sister instead of building a fort with all my friends, and now this! I guess I'll find someone to melt my trombone into a sword, even though I clearly stated in the RPG database that he would rather be a musician than a fighter. It's too bad, I was gonna open an instrument store. Oh well, now NO ONE gets to experience the beauty of music. Anyone know any alternate ways to get money?

(ooc: Dakkan, this my first year on trombone)

Osiris: Sure, that sounds fine with me. Are you ready, Magua?

OOC: Osiris Grid told me the only way you can get income is through working at a shop or owning a shop.

Hmm..... I wish they would tell us stuff like this. Oh well. :rolleyes:

Dakkan, that's really nice of you. If I have to though, I'll delete the money. I would prefer not to work in a shop, though. I will never go through busking for money again, if I can keep a fraction of the money at most. I'm sorry for being hostile. :D :D :D

OOC: HEY! Maybe You and Magua can get jobs as musicians at the A.R.A.T. (Don't worry, everyone is allowed to work).
