What other stuff are you into besides Oddworld?
 

Hi!
What other stuff are you crazy about other than Oddworld? :confused: For one thing I'm CRAZY about Sailor Moon (a cartoon show that rocks!!) and Dragon Ball Z. I watch it nearly every morning before school (which means I can't watch the whole thing, but I catch up on Cartoon Network!!!)

In my early twenty's, I still love a good anime! I really like OutlawStar, if any of you speak Japanese. I hear it is on cartton network and I was thrilled, but it is a edited!!! LAME!

I also like DragonBall Z and watch it before school. Being your typical nerd, I have little life and enjoy wasting my life away on the computer, both for work and liesure. Rollerblading is fun, and spending time with my friends at parties & places. Hmm, must be my non-nerdy side trying to escape. ;)

O.K with DragonBall Z in Australia at the Moment, the Cell saga is getting really good. But why Cell is in his Perfect form again is beyond me.

• Final Fantasy... I've only been a huge FF fan for the last 4 months or so
• Sephiroth... my favorite character from FF... I'm a Sephiroth fanatic!
• Australian Rules Football
• American Football
• Metallica (my favorite band)
• Computers, the net and web design

And also (trying not to spoil) you know the guy who died at the very end of todays episode? I read about that last night, accidently. Boy that annoyed me. So while I was meant to be completely shocked I was just thinking "I wonder when _____ will die."

here in germany Dragonball is on Tv in the children`s programm. It´s boring.
SAilor Moon suckz so much! It´s such a shit! Sorry for saying this I know how ya fell but I just HATE it! Burn it down! It is stupied. The rnight of the love! The love is the best and will hold the world together or such a F+++ BOw i hate it if they talk like this. And the whole series is about this. It wouldn´t be bad if this wasn´t

Does anyone else on this board like composing music, or am I the only one? I write Ambient/Techno music, but I've also experimented with Drum n Bass, House and Beat.

I'm hoping to get some of my songs uploaded on the net. Acidplanet and Peoplesound look like good places.

I used to mess around with Cakewalk Professional, a midi sequencer program. I did a few remixes of a few songs that my sister made ages ago, and a few game midis. I didn't do any real composing myself, though. Since my hard drive crash last august, I lost the program and all my remixes. :(

I've done some music composition - mainly last year while I was still at school and I had access to Micrologic Pro on Macintosh.

Which software do you use? Apparently Sibelius(?) is very good, but I doubt it's designed for ambient music so much as orchestral arrangements.

I don't have much time, but when I do, I keep myself busy with:

- What seems to be the usuals for here... ;) (writing, drawing, reading, computers...)
- Pub with friends,
- Watching telly,
- Lazing in the sun in the back garden now we can actually get out there now the back door is fixed (yay!),
- Music (dancey trancey stuff, bouncy music, never fails to set me off on a high... whee!!)

- Shopping, especially for sparkly things (I think I'm part magpie. ;)) and arty farty stuff, even though I never have the money for them :(
