Intro
 

Hello everyone, i'm obviously a new poster here. I love the idea of a msg board rather than a chat room, because it gives us away to keep track of all the other oddworld fans. I started playing Abes Oddysee about 2 or three months after it came out and loved it so much. The social satire of the game was so intelligent and humorus at the same time that i instantly fell in love. Those feelings were only intensified by Abes Exoddus. I bought a PS2 just because Munch was supposed to come out for it (as i'm sure many of you did) ans am now selling the inferior machine to finish paying off my x-box. I don't know how long the intros usually are, so i won't tak eup too much space with BS. I'm a very open person and tend not to hold much back, so if you have a question about me or something i've said then please ask me. Oh, sorry about the tag, but it's something i live by and so it's a sort of nessecary evil, if you will.

thank you all for the warm welcome (although the line about me being "seemingly intelligent" was a bit questionable). I've never found a forum where i feel comfortable posting on a regular basis. but since two days ago i just can't stop from coming back. This is very reminicent of my younger D&D days. you know...... when you feel half-way addicted to something because it's so damn interesting? hopefully so, because if not then you're going think i'm a bit insane (which i do NOT freely admit to )anyway, to answer the question about my favorite creature...... it would proabably be the blind mudokons because they represent the people who have no choice but to be lead around in this world. the people who have been taught to be so submissive that they instinctively follow anything they're told even if it's completely detrimental to them as a person. in real life i hate those people, but i love the fact that oddworld is so deep of a game as to include them in it. as for my favorite level..... it has to be the last level in AE. you have to keep running and eveerything has to be almost perfect. a serious gamers bliss.
