1. This is not a guy
2. She says: "Skitanur, the dead creature and friend of the Vampires" (oh...she thinks).

Ok, this woman (dorothea) tries to kill the creature (Skitanur) of the Vampires. It's already dead and not so easy to kill (on the other comic strips hurts Dorothea the Skitanur and the bowels flies through the air...)
