how do I upgrade

hi guys and girls I would just like to know how do I upgrade the windows media player on my pc cause I was just on the xbox site and I wantd to wach the movies they have their on munches oddysee but they are all blocky and I cant see a thing how do I upgrad please someone tell me? :(

Go to Microsoft.com or juts search 4 it at a search engine once u find it download it, simple.
