***Damn primetime cursing?
 

Has anyone noticed that whenever a dude swears on t.v. the God part of goddamn gets bleeped but not the damn part. why is this? Why even bleep cursing anymore? no one cares . I don't, I know I should but I just dont. Plus, with a rating system with t.v. you should be able to do whatever you want. on top of that the bleeping is sensless and annoying, you still hear the curse. On t.v. half of the movies got the "naughty scenes" cut out. Why should we have primetime censorship, when it comes right down to it, who the **** needs it!

there's a song on Radio 1 where the word 'rape' has been bleeped out!!! what the **** is that beeped out for???
everyone knows what everyone's saying...eg "[beep]ck off"...****ing stupid
we can't have any sex-related content according to Oddworldian's server...as we found out on a certain topic...

Other "humorus" observations of censorship. The general in Good morning vietnam says Bullshoot for you know what. Just today I watched a movie in which a guy got pissed and called everyone a bunch of "Mothusuckas" I haven't heard that one but apparently its popular with disgruntled football players wracked in pain. Ever watch a movie on comedy central? Seems new euphenisms for cursewords are invented by the minute. Except for south park They said the s-word 163 times! and you know what the odd thing was? No one gave a S-H-I-T!

on babylon five, they used to use the word "stroking" in place of "f*cking"...

i think censorship is pretty useless, but you can see why some people want it.

soaps are suppost to reflect real life, but noone ever says fück...i think that's stupid...they don't say any other profanities either...

What's with the umlaut on the 'u'? Those were obliterated from English text a couple of half-centuries ago.
