MO crack: what would you do?
 

Imagine that you really want to play MO but that you are not going to buy an X-Box. Then, you find a website with a MO crack: download MO for your PC! What would you do, since it's illegal?

Maybe I would download it and then send some money to OWI.

I can't see that happening, simply due to the power that would need to run on PC. Most games you can download Roms for are for the older systems like Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Sega, etc.

I don't know what I'd do in the case of Munch, simply because I am buying an Xbox no doubts about it.

But I'll give this example... I recently got a VCD of Final Fantasy.... which you would say is not legal. Now I like to support Square by buying games, etc and all my FF games are legal copies.

But with the movie, it went off in the cinemas 3 weeks ago now and the DVD isn't out until the end of this month. So what's a fanatical person like me going to do? I don't want to wait that long, and when the DVD comes out I will probably buy 3 copies (US special edition, Aus Special edition, and standard).

So in my case with FF, I think that although I purchased something illegal (it was only $8 anyways), I am going to do more than my share of purchasing the legal copy when it comes out. Plus I done more than my share of seeing it in the movies... I went 16 times!!!

OK, I'll stop rambling now.
