Where do they talk about in the Employee Lounge forum?
 

If I try to go there, I get the message: You do not have permission. Come on, admins, moderators, share it with us! Tell us where you are talkin' about!

they probably say things like...

"Shall we make that Gluk Schmuck guy a moderator?"

and

"i think that Cool Paramite guy is a trouble-maker, let's kick him out"

nah, maybe not...or do they say things like that?

conversation over there is pretty boring, really. most of the conversations are about changes that we might make to the forums or [yes] who to promote and what to do about potential troublemakers, although i don't think either of you have come up in either topic yet. [i don't think i'm allowed to say who has]

recent topics include: what to do about editing, what to do about the sexually explicit topics around here, and i started one about oddchat, but nothing happened. see, nothing you want to see, CP.

Or who to ban, to make mods and stuff like that I guess. I wanna know before I turn 70! LOL

Rettick's just covering to make the 'Lounge seem unappealing. You see the truth is, the 'Lounge is full to the brim of non-stop excitement and action. Yes, we do have shortlists of candidates to be banned, but that's where the boredom ends.

What we really do is... well, use your imagination.

Funny... I used to ask myself the same question, when I wasn't a moderator: "What do those folks talk about, over there?"

Now, I know...

Stay tunned, the Oddworld forum is gonna be huge in the next couple of years, and we will really need more mods to keep this place working.

Munchman, you sorry fool. If you actualy looked, I believe in a topic with "Oddchat, more rooms for better or for worse" as the title, Alcar said in his post that Oddchat would be down for a few days..... Seeing as how that topic was about Oddchat and topics normaly don't stick only to the title topic, this might prove a lesson for the future to look around and not revive old OLD OLD topics that don't really have any relation to what it was.

Or maybe they discuss how to turn the members into meat pops:lol:
