Mobile phones as little game consoles...
I think everyone here has an own mobile phone and noticed that you can play the little games on it. They are actually good to kill time when it is boring. So long as i can't hear the sounds of it, i won't care.
But the terrible fact is, that the Handy (we in germany call the mobile phone "Handy) owners don't want to turn off the terrible sounds of the game-acoustic! They make me go crazy! I have to drive with the bus every day. I must run to get the bus early enough. Sometimes i miss the bus and have to wait 10 to 15 minutes. It happened yesterday. I stood on the bus stop. There were nobody except for me (fantastic!). Five minutes later a girl came with her mobile phone in the hands...she played the popular game "Snake" (I still don't know why it is so popular.) In any case i just heard those tedious sounds of this game. She played it the whole time (in bus too)! Later i watched TV and saw in the commercial something about the new "Game Handy". They showed 5 downloadable games for this phone. I need the mobile phone to call someone and not only to play. I always hear these permanent sounds, that so nerve wracking! What do you think? |
So far, all the games available for mobiles (Handys!) are quite rubbish. The best games for mobiles will come when Nintendo make a spin-off of their GBA with mobile connectivity! As for the sounds, they aren't great on mobiles (or even the GBA), they should definately be turned off in public.

My mother called me in school last week! The sound was on sound level 5 (extremely loud!).
It was noway painful for me, the teacher allowed me to talk. That was ok, but in the last hour, i got three SMS (Short Message Service, you know) consecutively! |

I have a GSM to... until yesterday... A teacher was sick and don't come so we can go to home. cOoL. A girl of my clas ask me to use my phone to ask her father to come to drive her... No problemo, here is it... But She begins to phone in the shool !!! Stupid Bitch! It's interdid by us and A teacher saw it and pic the GSM Conclusion: I got My mobile phone in a week grrrrr waiting :mad: |
I don't know about the rest of the world but in Japan there are now cell phones which have color displays and play games up to par with the original NES...
