Youth's Opinions - Are they Real

I must say that I too are guilty of what I'm about to right, but to be honest I think I'm right about this

O.K, Most of us could be counted as the Youth's Opinion right. So do you think the youth's opinion is accurate??? Let me explain. Whenever there is a Major issue going around, which group do you find to be against it. The "Young People". Now why is that. Is it because we don't agree with what the rest of the people think, or is it because we want our voices heard. Me I think it's the latter. We all know of the saying that we want to rebell against our parents, well I think the same thing goes on when it comes to issues. We just disagree to make ourself be heard, to show people who were are. Now to don't see Grandma and Grandpa protesting about an issue they disagree with, do ya. It's the Youth. How many of you guys can honesty say that when you protest against something, you did it just for the sakes of arguing. I know I have. Even when I disagree with what I'm talking about, I still argue the point so my voice is heard.

So let me asks you again. Is the Youth's Opinion and Honest one, or is it just for Arguement's Sake???

My opinions are mostly completely different then those of my parents. But I don't argue because I just want, but because I really think so. Counts his opinions that are diffent then his parents opinions.

*A day later....*

Still counting....

Well I dissagree with many people and in many things.. but my opinions are for real. I don't dissagree with other people just because I want to dissagree with them. I do it because they're dumb.. :D

Well.. I think you still have a point there. Some people just want the attention but I don't give a damn about what people think of me or if I can get their attention or not.

1. I can't remember a single issue in which the news has cited 'Young People' as the main objector to something.
2. I can't tell you why if I am disputing the if.

I don't argue anything if I don't have a point.

I generally find that my views tend to agree more with those of older people than those of my age group. My age group is bizarrely right-wing, and a lot of them are Townies or just Arseholes. I get on a lot better with people 2-4 years older than me, and find that their opinions match mine much more often.

I disagree with many opinions, but I disagree with my peers and my elders. Many of my peers and elders are homophobes, which I usually find repulsive. And, due to the current crisis in the Middle East, they think anyone that comes from the Middle East is bad, which I also disagree with. There are many other things, but too many to list at this point.

1. Ditto. Exept that them being right-winged makes them of lower moral standing, which stops them being my peers, technically.
2. I don't know of anyone who thinks like that but there's probably a lot of people in my school who do.
