Skate Boarders
 

Does anyone here skateboard or do any other X-treme sport? I was just at a mates house watching his T.V. and live from somewhere in America there was a skating tournament with people like Tony Hawk and Bob Burnquist. I was really surprised to hear that Tony Hawk is giving up his career and that Competition would be his last ever, especially as only two days ago the well anticipated Tony Hawk's pro-skater 3 came out.

Hi Mullock! I'm getting a skateboard soon and I bet I'll be crap too. The TV said that the competition would be Tony's last, he will probably still carry on skating and inventing new pro tricks, just not take it as seriously anymore. Oh did you know that Tony is so far the only ever Skateboarder to land a 900 degree ollie?

Motocross... hmm... It's definately here somewhere... YES! My PSX Motocross demo! You just reminded me how great this is! Though I don't really like the racing I just like making my biker stand on his seat and perform other tricks!

I skateboard! *Somebody calls out* Really Craply! Lol! Yeah I skate board! I can do half an Ollie. I just have trouble landing! (I normaly fall flat on my face!) I ca turn and move! Just the basics! Lol.....*Gets out skatebosrd* Well I'm getting my own soon! I wrecked my brothers! I went skateboarding in the rain with mulok and the grip went all manked!

You guys must be pretty good, Where I live all the skaters think you're a pro once you can land a sucessful ollie!

Me and my friend make up some new types of tricks.
So far we have:
Turnip
Turnip hop
Turnip manual
Turnip flip
Turnip truckstand

Bythe way don't you just think manuals are easy?

I sk8board. its one thing I like more than oddworld. I'm gonna go pro some day! I've already started making videos!

Well, we had this topic before.

• I skateboard: I guess I'm as good as Chris Co Depot.
• I In-line skate: I could have gone pro if I wanted too and had the time, I'm especially good in grinding.
• I snowboard: I leave tomorrow for 5 days off snowy fun, I'll tell you if I'm any good in it by then.
• I went surfing this summer: very very hard to begin with, but I could get up the board and ride the wave, so that's a start.
• I did a parachutejump, bungee will come in the future.

You see I like Xtreme sports. :D
And Pinky, maybe it's funny to see it, but when you actually perform the "nutgrind" it's not that funny at all :eek: .

I looked at the different decks today.

I'm pretty proud of my nephew....he recently got onto a skating team sponsored by Superfly and he's only fourteen.

If he keeps it up I hope to see him on a big-time pro team and be in the X-Games someday and making videos like CKY/CKY2k.
