on DH's behalf..

He had a major T-Storm recently and it knocked out his phone line. So he has to wait until the phone company fixes it.(knowing phone companies that might not be until next Monday grr). Hopefully they won't take that long...

Oh, that's terrible!!! *Cries* I know how I'd feel if my phone line were down...pretty darn mad!! I hope his line is fixed soon!

They fixed it after several phone calls, and when we mentioned that we would fine them £150 if they didn't fix it soon. Would you belive it? They said they weren't gonna fix it for THREE more days!!! Jeeze, I really HATE Britsh Telecom!! Anyway, I now have to go to a demonstration. Bye for now.

Groovy! The celery/set square/fork is back! Telewest are no better than BT; we had a second phone line installed, but it messed up and we couldn't access either the net or the phone until they fixed it!
