When do topics go to the Necrum forum? After how long? Does it happen automaticly, or do Admins/Moderators do that?

I think that when a topic in it's respective forum becomes old and nobody even looks at it the Mod for that Forum moves it to Necrum burial grounds. However I'm only guessing.

Git Rich but left out a tiny detail! We re not and can not post in them to make them come back. Many are cosed but well some aint!

There's 43 pages in this room, and some probably haven't been posted on for over a year. So it isn't when things get old.
Rettick moved the whole of the RPG into Necrum once. That was just to stop people brining up old topics though.
I don't actually think there are any specific parameters that say topics should be moved into the Necrum Burial Grounds.

*blushes slightly* Well, actually, I didn't get as far as ALL of the RPG... I gave up when I got about half way through...

The Necrum Burial grounds mainly exists due to the old ezBoard forum. ezBoard had a limit on the number of posts that could be in a forum (20 pages), once it reaches that, anything after is automatically deleted. So as a result we created Necrum Burial Grounds to put topics into when the main forums started to fill up.

UBB has no such limitiation, you can have thousands of pages if we ever got that big (or if the server could handle it). We just kept the Burial Grounds on to maintain a link to the old forums. Then when Rettick took over the RPG he moved a lot of stuff relating to the previous RPG there, as to avoid confusion. Mass moving for UBB isn't easy though, so I can understand why he stopped half-way.
