WHY DON'T MORE PEOPLE GO TO ODDCHAT?
 
Oddchat is never very full of people.
I want to know why.
It's a place where everyone from these forums can chat to each other.

Aaron (Naxos) and I are there most of the time. I just use mIRC so it's just running in the background most of the time for me. But if anyone ever wants to chat, come to Oddchat and hopefully someone will be there.

yes, eesa true. oddchat can be a little awkward if you want to do other things at the same time, as it doesn't give an alert when a new message is posted. most of us are on MSN, so join up if you want to talk to us.

I'm guilty of not going there much, probably because I am busy, etc. The time zones also make it hard to hook up with others.

True OddChat does not alert you if you anyone is there... but no chat room does that that I know of.

Here's a good idea though. If you go to OddChat and no one is there, just wait and leave the window open. Open another browser window and surf the web, etc.

Ok... that's won't do much because you won't get alerted. BUT if the next person that comes sees someone there... they should double click on their name and send them a message. This way the person that has OddChat running in the background is gets a popup window from the second person and knows that someone else is there.

OK... it's not automatic, but I'm sure it will work.

i go every saturday and sunday to the Oddchat at 11:00 am. Once there was about five people that was a bit "better" but when i go to the OddChat this time, nobody is there! Just people who comes there and say horrible things to me!!!

And where can i find a Fader for JavaChats??? Chatting without fading is boring!
