New n Tasty naming competition poster
Hey guys, just a quick question!
If I remember right, when OWI/JAW ran the New n Tasty naming competition (ages ago), there were about 30 winners who were set to receive a poster signed by the team who worked on the game. I had a confirmation email way back when, but never received the poster. Now, I figured it just faded from memory and nobody received them. But I checked OWI twitter today and somebody had tweeted to them a photo of their collection, including a New n Tasty poster that appears to be signed by the team. Was this the reward? Just wanted to check that mine didn't get lost in the post or something! :goof: Did the competition posters ever get sent out? PS: in before all you trolls comment with 'Duh yeah I've got mine, had it ages!' :D |
we already sent it to you mate

i don't really know the answers to any of your questions but personally if you were meant to receive something but didn't i would ask OWI what was going on, maybe they can sort something out. it wouldn't surprise me if the problem lies with the postal service, i've had lots of packages vanish into thin air over the years where the seller swears they dispatched the item but it just never arrived. i just had to get a refund last week for something else that never turned up.
i live in midlands too so yeah some of our postal lines are wank, but even if it was lost in the post you might get refunded for not getting it in the first place. contact OWI or whoever owe you and just let them know what's happened. |
think it was sent to another michael.
think about it. there's so many of them!! OWI_Oddio |
Maybe the poster's lost in the mail? It happened with my Stranger's Wrath poker cards. They kept going to the wrong address and took forever to get to me. Maybe it's the same with the poster?

Maybe, I'll try and contact them direct to find out. I remember there being a handful of other forum members that won too, so I figured someone here might be able to say whether or not they were ever sent out.

Try to reach out on their twitter, they are usually very responsive there.
