Here is my idea of what squeek can look like. Whats yours?
Well since I can't put any art work here I will describe squeek in what I might think he looks like. He is a small creature with large back hind legs that can also be used for arms as well. He has four glowing eyes like the Raison. He has a very high pitch voice which sounds squeeky. Hence the name Squeek. He has two fairly large insect like wings for hovering around. He has two powers. One power is sleep scream. He screams and everything falls asleep. Another power saul ripper. It is a very loud sqreech that causes your saul to rip apart which in turn makes you a walking carrot, In other words Brain Dead. That is how I can imagine what squeek looks like. What do you think he looks like? ;)

I wish he could be a ghost (can't be hurted by bullets) or some kind of a liquid specie (like Metal Liquid in Terminator 2) so he could be able to squeeze into small places and can't be hurt by bullets (lol)

i keep picturing a fuzzle for some reason

Sleep scream? That would not be cool I mean it's not oddworldie enough. Soul ripper? Why would you want to make peoples souls die when you could just get Abe to posses it and blow the thing up. I think those two ideas are not oddworldie enough anyway no offence (I hate that word.) I don't really care what he/she looks like because I probably won't have an xbox then anyway.

mayabe it will be some type of flying type because abe=ground and munch=water

Ok, maybe sleep scream or soul ripper sucks after all. I was running out of ideas there. Maybe he can telepathically control creatures souls. Like Abe possessing a creature but squeek would possess the soul. This would allow him to take the creatures soul out of the body and use it for getting through some dangerous places. I defenitly see him as a flying creature that hovers like an insect.

what about a simply flying animal...
that maybe have a poltergeist power (too keep the spirits iddee) |
Im guessing Squeek will be a very small critter (my guess is he or she is probably a Slurg). I think his or her power will be to inflate like a balloon and shrink back down to normal when he/she wants. Just think of it the infalting power just might come in handy, Abe and Munch could climb up on him/her and then ride him/her to a high place, but of course there are plenty of other things to do with this power.

how can lorne make a all game about that kind heroe? and wath will be his storyline, his ambitions
|
I think that the spirit idea realy suck. I mean what's the deal with that. Ae can already control his ennemies body. What will it do when Squeek controul a soul; exactly the same thing.
About Squeek, i don't think he'll have realy complex power. It's the first character Lorne created so I guess it'll be a cartoonish and simple character. I even think he wont have any power at all but he'll sure have a great quest to accomplish. |
I keep picturing some kind of big bird type creature a whalking bird (like an ostriche) But with a big bulky form and strong legs and a scharp long bill and a schort musclar neck something like the bird creature in this picture

cool drawings, perfectly possible...
I like it |
I had always imagined Squeek as the last Meech. I didnt expect im to have any "powers" per se, but I guess if he needed one, i'd pick astral projection. He could leave his body and you could explore anywhere, through walls, and high in the sky for a short period of time. but, your body would be vulnerable, and if you didnt return quickly enough, your body could suffer.

I believe Sqeek will fly because it fits into the Puzzle, He could also then battle flying sligs. :)

Odd is Just the Beginning, I think your idea is the best so far. The one question I want to ask is: why do you guys keep assuming Munch and Abe will re-appear?
|
We don't assume they will keep appearing - they will. You see, the Quintology is all about Abe and his big journey from the small industrial outposts of Mudos to the centre of the commercial consumer market. Along the way he meets four good buddies, and their stories are also told. Only together do they explore the Oddworld Quintology, and only together can they help each other complete their goals and set the lands of Oddworld to balance.
