Oddworld Remixes
 

So I started a little project last night/this morning. Spontaneously decided to remix Rupture Farms, and then about halfway through doing so decided to record what I was doing, hopefully giving people some insight on how this shit's done and being interesting in the process.

Dunno why I decided to do this, but I was bored and it's pretty fun talking through what I'm doing as I do it to some kind of audience. It's like I don't have to live in my brain anymore. Hope you enjoy it. Or not.
There will be more, though I can't say for sure if I'll see it through to completion, sometimes you just kind of lose inspiration for projects. Either way, I hope it get's finished, I might remix more of them and make it into a little album. That sounds pretty fun.

P.s. the quality is a bit shit, but I should have it sorted by the next part. Here you go.

It was pretty interesting to watch how you work, but I got bored and skipped through to different bits instead of watching the whole thing.

Thanks fam! And yeah, it's not the most entertaining thing to sit through if you aren't familiar with music production, and my commentary isn't particularly brilliant, but I enjoy doing it and I'm pretty sure someone somewhere down the line will find it useful.

Anyway, I got a bit carried away and ended up pretty much finishing it, so here it is.

This is great, I was listening whilst working at the office today, because it's really interesting and you actually have a very nice voice. Keep the tutorials up, would love to be able to work on digital music. <3

I might do something with CODE: Veronica seeing as that's got my favourite OST. I actually had Vy send me over the RE2 and C:V OSTs from Japan because I'm such a fanboy weeb bitch

The finished one sounds good. I love the different stages that mix it up. They start just as I start to get bored but when the drums come in then we're jammin'!
I guess you were basically figuring it out as you went because each section seems to get better as the remix progresses.
My request is for one with more drums please! That would sound awesome.

Thanks man, my main focus was to include all the variants of the RuptureFarms theme. Structure wasn't really something I was bothered about considering it's more of a mix than a song.
I usually fill in gaps of speech with swear words while I'm thinking of what to say next, it's a habit. Sometimes I just start sentences with "fucking..."
