Dude we have multiples of threads. The last one is probably so old it can't be bumped. People's desktops change.

Anyway 3 posts without desktops is too many. Mine needs a good cleanup.



Fun things to note: password from when I did a local wordpress install, address of a guy called Storm, and a highschool textbook I'm revising because I'm taking the basic mathematics courses at uni this year.

Also the first three rows of the block on the right are devoted to arena FPS games. Reflex is awesome. UT4 sucks.

I find it interesting how people from non-English-speaking countries use translated versions of Windows, except Romanians. Probably has something to do with the fact that most copies of Windows here either are pirated or they used to be pirated so people got used to English.

I know it's weird for me to use any software in a language other than English.

Also, whoa. Quick Launch. I just pin stuff to my Start Menu.

Using non-English operating systems is painful, especially while trying to search solutions online

This is my work laptop desktop. Pretty simple really.

I'm not resizing this fucking thing again.

It's a matter of being used to things I guess. Games I always want to play in English (except for The Sims, which I always play in Dutch). But I've always used Windows in Dutch.

As for the quickbar, I've never been able to get used to this new interface Microsoft tried to push with Windows 7 where everything was pinned to the taskbar or something, so I revived the quickbar and always make my taskbar look more like the retro Windows UI. I do have stuff pinned to the start menu, but certain things are just easy to have handy with a single click instead of two.

My desktop background usually changes every minute, But this has been it for a while now.

Double monitor bragging bastard.

I have two monitors too! One is a 27" 1440p and the other is a 24" 1080p.

I have a TV and a monitor connected to the PC. None of them particularily good. They're not even close to each other.
