Rayman 2 has been ported to so many different platforms; 9 in total.

I just use it as my go to "most ported game."

Good to see this is coming out via another port, hopefully more money in OWI's coffers to get going with a new game entirely.

It came out in March 2015 on Xbox One. I think they're just re-advertising it because there's a big sale.

Oh right, I really haven't been following this closely, although now that you mention it I do remember something about it coming out at the time for the xbone. Hmm, I suppose they only really need to stick it on Ouya and they'll be sorted. :B

The new shadow of the beast game thats coming in a few weeks looks similar in art style and camera perspective.

Yeah, it's also a platformer in a more traditional sense. AO is more like a stealth-puzzle-platformer.

I don't know if the OP is joking or not, but New N Tasty came out in March 2015 for Xbox one. But, it is 60% off now, for $8.00!! So I had to get it. I just bought an xbox one a couple months ago, and I completely forgot about Oddworld. I was hesitant at first, because I actually have Oddworld on my PC, Abe's Oddyssee and Exoddus. But I'm so glad I bought it, definitely worth it. The nostalgia level is off the charts.

The jokers are OWI, it's them who released a "Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty out now on Xbox One!" trailer 3 days ago.

Yeah, not sure why they did that... probably to get some visibility on their 60% off promotion.

I have a wonderful mental image where their social media intern goes into work, sits down at their desk, does some quick checking around and notices they’ve accidentally had their video set to private for the past year.

I actually felt bad that I bought the game while it was on sale after I heard in an interview with Lorne Lanning on how many people wait until games are on sale, and that a 60% sale is the only way to get exposure sometimes. The only reason I bought it while it was on sale is because I forgot about the game because I didn't have a system to play the game on until I got an Xbox one. I think the game is definitely worth $19.99, and I would have paid that, so got also got the Alf's Escape DLC, which is only $3.49. I'm trying to give support anyway I can because I have so much respect for Lorne Lanning and OWI, and I love the games so much. I just got Stranger's Wrath for Android for $4.99 too, and I can't believe what mobile devices are capable of. I actually never got into Stranger's Wrath when it came out on Xbox, and I just didn't know what I was missing. It's an amazing game, and I think I jsut avoided it because it was different from the Abe games, but it's a great game in it's own right.

Not everyone can afford games at full price. Not everybody thinks NnT is worth its full price.
