Skyrim Mod | Play As Abe
 

I was tempted to be a smart ass and put this in Oddworld Mods.

So I was looking on the Skyrim Nexus and first on the list for Most Recent Files was this absolute gem, The models themselves seem to have been taken from Munch's Oddysee. I haven't tried it out yet but the screenshots seem quite hilarious. Released today, on my birthday of all days.

What makes you think it's Abe from MO model?

It looks like the Abe from MO model. And to my knowledge any NnT models have yet to be ripped.

Oh god those textures. My eyes are bleeding.

"Odworld" Skyrim

I've since installed and played around with the mod so I can give it somewhat of a review.

Firstly, if you plan on trying this mod out then do not install this using Nexus Mod Manager; the texture files are misplaced into the "Meshes" folder and you will end up with the untextured horror I initially had. After manually installing the mod and moving the textures into their correct folders I ended up with a textured, yet eyeless Abe. This issue is fixed by typing "showracemenu" into the console.

The "AbeRace" itself shares the same skill bonuses as a standard Nord, with none of the racial advantages/powers; starting with +5 to Speech, Light Armor, One Handed, Block, and Smithing and a +10 Two Handed. The models are somewhat broken having weird stretching issues along with unusual clipping and culling leading to holes in the player. Weapons are heald weird, and no kinds of apparel whatsoever, even shields, are visible.

But who cares, you're not going to play as Abe unless you're dicking around. I made Abe get high to explain this god awful and broken mess.

10/10 it sucked

Now all we need is a model of elum in place of the horses.

Somebody, please, save Abe. He does not belong in this universe.
