I get this on One True OWF Theme. Also, on Industrial as well. Didn't try HoneyBee, vB3 and Munch.

Okay, I think I worked this out. My best guess is that our server got a PHP update and that broke some of the old code. I don't know near enough PHP to fix this sort of thing. Hopefully I can convince Peter to help out.

Will he fix broken user profiles too?

He promised to do that months ago.

I don't think there even is a Peter any more. It's just Nate pretending he doesn't know as much as he does so he can use the memory of Peter as a scapegoat he's knows can't defend itself.
