It would be a bit disappointing if it was September but at least the game would be pretty darn polished.

And I guess the more time they spend refining New n Tasty the less time will be needed for the Exoddus remake.

Yeah, that's the advantage for a possible long wait for New 'n' Tasty.
It's funny how OWI's history is repeating to a certain degree.

I doubt it'll be too far away. When they announced the release date for this release date announcement they said that they want to be absolutely sure that it'll be a date they can hit. If it's too far away, too many variables come in to play, and that becomes an impossible prediction. My guess is that the game is more or less finished, but for polish and validation.

This excites me so damn much. I just prey that the target sales is achieved.

I don't doubt that it'll sell well. N'n'T is getting a lot of media, and at this point seems to be talked about more than Half-Life 3 even is.

Could you even imagine how much larger Abe's Exoddus would be if it got the NnT treatment? How many new custcenes there would be, the unused things like Mudombies and more creatures in HD.. it would be amazing!

@Job McYossie - That's 'cause N'n'T is a tangible game, while Half-Life 3 is still somewhat mythical at this stage. It's good that people are talking about N'n'T, though.

Sony booths start at 6pm in LA, So thats probably like 1 or 2am in UK.. So we won't actually hear of the release date until the 10th.. Fucks sake guys your promise is broken!

Technically the Sony conference is before the E3. Barely, but it's still before.

I'm just wondering why they choose to wait the Sony conference to annonce the date.

I think it's pretty clear, as they were on stage last year and Sony has this 1month PS exklusive for Oddworld.
Maybe they will anounce the release date on Etage, which would be the coolest thing ever!

I just had their phrase "Before E3 starts on the 9th of June" in my head this whole time, which is why I was surprised that we haven't learnt of it yet, US time zones or not.

I'm a bit confused as to what's going on now, but after waiting this long already I'm more than happy to wait another day or two.
