Scrab fighting character in MUGEN 2014.
 
Note: the char was previously posted by me on some Mugen forum. It is called "Spiritual Mode Scrab". Decided to update.

-NO palette idiocy;
-4 normal hits + 6 special moves + 1 hyper;
-Cheap;
-Bleeds with spirits.

This looks pretty interesting. If I had MUGEN, I'd get it. But I don't really want to be bothered with downloading MUGEN again.
