The PSP Eboot I have has this promo. No idea where to find the disc though.

Wow I had no idea this existed. So basically you have an additional menu with the cheezy promo and the intro, that's just brilliant :D

Sadly I have no idea where you can find this. Just out of curiosity, what else do you have in your collection?

(Before anyone asks: Yes, I own it on disc. Yes, I've bought it on the PSN, but only recently.)

I have that but it's missing, the disk is ruined, and the manual isn't in the disk case.

That's the main reason why I purchased a copy from gog.com.
