Our beloved Off-topic moderator T-nex has decided to stand down from her position. I'd like to thank her for her service over the last three years, as well as the time that she spent as RPG mod. Also for doing her bit to make EL less of a sausagefest. :p

Replacing T-nex will be veteran member and two-time Forum Awards 'Member Who'd Make a Good Moderator' Wings of Fire. Please join me in congratulating WoF on his promotion and let the hazing begin!

Oh, I've been down that road, Joe. Those two put a stop to the old dead man's shoes means of promotion by being unkillable. You can save yourself a lot of trouble by skipping straight to the end, becoming sullen and uncooperative on day one.
