Hello, now I think I heard this once and want to know ifi t's true. Is it tru thatw ith Munch HD the cutscenes were not edited from the original? I've been playing Munch HD and I think it had been edited so I'm just curious if that thing I heard was all a load of rubbish.

The cutscenes have been edited to widescreen, nothing more. They're not higher resolution.

Ah, that's what I thought. Out of curiosity, why?

Because there is no higher resolution.

Out of curiosity, are the cutscenes in SWHD the samew as thwe originals aswell?

As far as I remember, those were renendered in higher quality. I may be wrong

If they were, they weren't rendered at the full resolution of the PS Vita screen.

They would have had to be scaled down to get it to meet Sony's size restrictions for Vita titles.

I'm not sure Sony has any size restrictions (I think they do for Minis and for PS Mobile, though). You've got games like Mortal Kombat with hours of FMVs on there (though perhaps the size restrictions don't apply to games also released in stores)

I had a look , there seems to be little to no information on download only titles so I'm honestly not sure, I just assumed that size restrictions were the reason.

Possible, i suppose. But several games on the platform are nearly 4GB in size, so...
