Munch's Oddysee exported to C4D

Hi,
I was really bored yesterday, so I decided that I'll try to do something with Munch's Oddysee maps.
First time, when I exported the whole map (as one object), polygon selections were broken - they were empty. So, I've exported every single object in the map, and added it to scene. Well, here's the result, hope you'll like it: :)

I know, the torches are horrible, there aren't any fire in them, just some... weird balls of light. Also, there are no exit and entrance doors, because I was too lazy to export them (spooce-taker and touchstone were easy to export, I weren't THAT lazy :D)

Wow, you forget how detailed these maps really are. Imagine if someone got hold of Skyrim or Fallout's world map :o

What details do you mean?
I didn't export torches particles and doors, that's all :)
Also I didn't export lightning, but... I didn't see anybody exporting lightning from any today engine, like Source, much less ALIVE2, which is basically old edited version of Gamebryo. :)

No point of importing lighting, you can pretty much fake it anyway with some spotlights here and there. Not to mention most stages take place in the outdoors. But great work!

Thanks. :)
Maybe I will export some outdoor levels sometime. But those are segmented to many little pieces, because old nif format, used by MO, doesn't support more materials on one object. So every chunk of dirt on grass has its own model.
And exporting it is horrendous! :D

I've added XPresso doors:

I've also rendered preview of new lights this night, but I must edit it in Sony Vegas, pure render has something about 400 MB (no compression).
Stay tuned, I'll add the link to this post, or subscribe to my channel, I'll be making more. :)

Ah, the old munch's oddysee models, well how did you get this scene, I only normally extract individual models. what directories are the files in, what is the meaning of life bla bla bla :P right now im messing around with the old nif character models seeing if I can clean off the dust one them and get em going again. I love the render, you've really bought some life into it. let me know more about yer work.
Oh and whats C4D like coz I use 3DS max which gives you results like this:

Which does look bloody wicked but I bet it would look even more bloody wicked in C4D.
Again cool work, please let me know if your after any help in any projects that I could help you with or you could help me with.
