Even if it was ever released on the Playstation 3 and even if we had both a copy and will to give it to you, how do you expect us to send it?

a trick to send games beetwen friends is that they tell you your username and password PSN, you get into your account´s friend and once there go to the folder download and you can download the games that your friend has bought in PSN. ;) i make it with my friends and its ok.

But the "owner" doesn't really own the game is he? he owns of a copy.

There's a difference between handing out a single copy of a game then making new ones.

I assume that's what happens when you exchange games though this Pass/send thing, you make another copy?

In days of physical media, one sold disc meant one person could play that copy of the game. Now if you let your friends download a copy of the game you bought, you can all be playing it at once but the developer hasn't earnt the money that represents that. Esentially you're ripping off the people who made the game you're enjoying.

Piracy is a lot more complicated than just that and there's a lot of misunderstanding and fear-mongering muddying the debate, but from a legal standpoint, you own the game data you have purchased; you do not have the right to distribute it in any way.

Why not just buy it when its so stupidly cheap? If you can afford an internet connection you can afford the game.

You're basically saying "hey I want to not pay for a copy of the game so that the developers lose money, and then can't create any more games in the future or can only afford to make crappy games" .. of course that is going to offend people.
