According to Wikipedia, this is a King Cake. Personally, I'd never heard the term before. Sure looks tasty though.

anyway, Happy Birthday!
You put the baby in the cake, and if you get the baby in your piece you win. It's just as creepy and traumatizing as it sounds. I was never sure what exactly you win, besides an irrational fear towards eating cake ever again.
