It seems I had in fact disappeared. It turns out I got really caught up with school exams a couple of months back and got used to rarely being here. I slowly but surely ended up away from all forum activity.
Today I found myself curious as to if anybody actually made me a birthday thread due to my lack of presence.
It looks like I might make my stay here once again now that exams have settled. Thanks guys.

EDIT: Is it just me, or has Phylum's avatar shifted to a slightly lighter blue since I've been here last?

It's a new avatar, true to the original shade of "Phylum blue" from back in ~2009. It looks odd at first, but you get used to it.

The colour actually has its origins in mid 2006, but that's a story for a blog one day when I finally decide to write it up.

The colour wasn't my avatar until at least 2010. I don't even think I used it publicly anywhere until late 2010 and that was a few months before it made it here.
