The Angry Video Game Nerd (AVGN or The Nerd) series can be watched on youtube. It's mainly a guy names James Rolfe who reviews old games from systems like the NES, atari, sega genesis, and other systems. He also reviews some of the systems. An example on a part of one of his video's was when he was spell checking a ghostbusters game's ending. Here's what it actually said:

"Conglaturation !!!

You have completed a great game.

And prooved the justice in our culture.

Now go and rest our heroes."

If you ask, no I didn't spell anything wrong on accident or get the wrong grammar and punctuation error, It's just they way they put it in the game. Watch these 3 videos of the ghostbusters games:

Except AVGN is actually funny and interesting when he's not playing up his persona to vulgarity.

He does his research, he's fair (Compare his rereview of Simon's Quest to ones like Egoraptor) and he's very passionate about what he likes.

None of those things refer to the Nostalgia Critic in any way.
