Munch's Oddysee mods
Welp,I became ultra bored these days,so I will continue my research on how to make mods for Munch's Oddysee.As I see it the engine is quite flexible,so if there are any coders who know about nif and xml,it would be nice to help out :)

Given that the professional development team at JAW couldn't work out how to modify the Munch levels, I think you might struggle.

I progressed on editing positions of characters,adding more characters to level,and changing models(witch wasnt much sucess :/ ).I also managed to change Abe's skin,I turned Munch into a scrab,and I managed to remake the moolah lulu's fund script to use into the "vendotest" level. EDIT:Here be some pics! Well as i have figured out,every AI,character,weapon,object,action is packed into the .xin file.And the .xrg loads the level ingame.Also I found out that glukkons can be killed after they fall unconscious.New characters cannot be added(i havent totaly confirmed this yet),models of existing characters can be edited,replaced,reanimated.Animations are also controlled by the .xin file.Every character has a shadow in his model,and a collision box.The only problem is,I dont know witch file adds weapons to the model,Ill try to find this out today,and if I succeed I willl post pictures. EDIT:seems that the .XBE and .XBEX files control most of the happenings in game.....thats quite sh...ush -.- |

Yeah,I know -.- ill have to see if I can do anything about it,I just cant find any weapon,or vendingmachine scripts that say witch characters can use them,witch cant,and what characters carry weapons,and what characters can only melee.
EDIT: I see that some files around have been turbo rushed,due to them having inscriptions to programers what to do next. |
