all ya :), i opne sound.dat of exoddus with goldwave but i hear it very quickly
i down speed with effect time warp but its heard horrible, how i heard it normally how the sound of the game???

Maybe there is a way to change the pitch using Audacity or some other audio program.

I also remember this also being a thread quite a few years ago, maybe you can have a look in it.

It's PCM audio at either 8000 or 8192 Hertz, can't remember which. Use Audacity, import raw.

^ That. If it's playing too fast, you've set the playback rate wrong.

What are you trying to do with the sounds?
