It's actually an old chunk of mythos that didn't make it into a game.

I worry about the people that wrote that.

It's all well and good to cite Alf here, but people may actually go the the Wiki looking to for real answers to things.

I think it would seem strange to have 2 of the future 5 oddysee heroes to have a mind controlling element, Abe has his possession, munch has his swimming, squeek should have something more unique maybe.

You just nailed one of the biggest problems with MO.

Munch possesses machinery.

So theoretically, all 5 heroes will have some degree of possession?

Oh, yeah. I forgot about that. Probably because it was never used in a way that was fun.
