What forums allows me to force people to do my program request?
 

Let's say i want this program:abcdefghijklmopqrstvwz.
The first reply i get says: That program does not exist.
Then i say this application does this: in step 1, then 2, 3 ,4 etc order.
Then another user jumps in and say program it yourself in c++!
Then i get angry and say: program this for me. Follow my steps.

The next response should have a exe file in the attachment that does exactly what i want it to do.

I call those people slaves for doing my work for free. I never pay them!
I can't c++, then i must force someone to program it for me for free.
The others are c++ experts. They do my application utility tool program request by following what i describe it to do step by step in numbers.

I search for forums that exactly allows this.
I make a tool request then someone programs it for me in c++.
I never have to learn programming in c++ or any other language.
I am just that noob asking others to do my work. Because i can only say what it does step by step in numbers. They must listen to me and write it down in c++. Then post it in my thread, so i can use it then. It's exe file that does exactly what i want it to do. They could realise all my dreams then.
