My fast Resident Evil game was Resident Evil 5. Yeah I know bad start but it opened to me how much I had miss over the years. I like the 3DS game but it felt like a DLC to me. I like to play all of the old school ones someday to! :D

for some reason i can't help thinking ORC will be a letdown


but what i'm wondering is do you actually know the story? most people get confused, you know with all the g virus and las plagas and T-Virus and all that, do you actually get it? because i love explaining it :D

After REIII, every single one has been a great being brain munching turd. The franchise died with the third game and I doubt there will ever be another one which truly improves upon those first three.

That being said, it's done better than the films, all of which were appalling apart from the first one. Even then...that one was okay at best.

you are so wrong, Mr. Bungle is so right, he took words out of my mouth, RE4 hit it right on the dot, yes they took it a bit far with RE5 but still, they realised their mistake and are sorting that out with RE6, but i agree with you about the films, theyre all complete shit, except Canon ones, like Degeneration and Damnation

I've played Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition which was really good. Its one of the highest rated Wii games yet its an Gamecube port :)

@Nepsotic Don't worry I get the whole story of Resident Rvil 5 and love it. I played it about ten times know.

@Scrabtrapman I miss the whole CCTV look and the fact that Resident Evil 3 look really scary. Also I think Resident Evil 4 was why the whole games stop being scary. Four killed everything! lol. And then came Dead Space!

Also about the movies. There ok but the best ones where Resident Evil 1 & 2. The rest where a bit poor.

I only ever played Resident Evil 5.

One of the most boring games I have ever played.

That is nothing compared to RE1 remake, youtube it, now thats a game that will shit anyone up, ive had it for years and still not completed it! mainly because its so hard, but also because you'll need an extra pair of pants when you play it, alsoFUCK YOU!!!!!

Well back in time when I was a kid. ALL zombies games I found hard and scary! But when I played Resident Evil 5 demo. I found it fun but not scary! :D

the problem with RE is, they saw how well shooters were doing (like Gears), so they tried it out dor themselves, needless to say, it didnt work, Silent Hill's going the same way.

Yeah. That's why a lot of people would be happy if most games like Resident Evil and Silent Hill stop making games all together.

I know why. It's fucking new people that play it for a week and then go back to COD! If game makers made games for people that are fans of the series then Silent Hill, Resident Evil would be so better!

But it's always about the money! ):

Oh god the Resident Evil 1 remake! Many, many nappies were lost trying to get through that. Not to mention the zombies break down doors and the music that plays when they come after you...

yeah, like i've sais before, the RE music is iconic, even the original scared me! it was the naked lab zombies at the end which got me.

ive gotta say i prefered the classic resi games. 4 was a great game, but in my opinion not a great resi game (the whole creepy guy selling you stuff was a bit too daft for me). the first 3 were awesome (bar the terrible voice acting lol) and the remake was easily the best resi game for me (i still play it every now and again) and zero was very good, although the james marcus character/last boss leech queen thing was again... too daft for me.

im hoping that RE6 will bring it back to the old formula. theres nothing more scary than having only a handfull of rounds left and the nearest save point is miles away.

I love to play the old ones! Too bad my nappies would just turn brown if I just saw the box art! lol

Ive never played the games, though I've been looking for them, But I do enjoy the various creepy zombies lurking throughout it.

maybe.... see what its realy like first, resi 5 looked stunning at first.... but the end result was far from it (gameplay wise i mean).
i do like the return of the zombie though

ORC seems to be a full action game so no thanks. Revelations on the other hand looks great. I'd buy it if I had a 3DS.
