As some of you know, I'm not usually the type of person to write about relationships and girlfriends. I usually just shut my self in and play Punk rock to ease the pain.

But fuck it. This time I would love some opinions on this matter.

So here is the simple problem, I've liked this girl at collage since I joined and she seems to like me back.
Problem is that my close friend also likes her too and I think she does too.

It's a awkward and annoying problem that has made me a bit down and i'm..well pretty scaried to ask her out (in case she says no) and if she says yes I might piss of my friend (who is a show-off and a egofreak.)

Life sucks.

Why don't you ask your friend what his intentions are? If he has none, then you're free to move in. If he does, and will hold it against you if you race him to them, then the decision is made for you.

I'm going to level with you, this is probably the worst community I could think of to relay personal issues in the hopes of getting reasonable advice.

Thats the thing, he is very childish and if he finds out I'm going out with her, He might think i'm either doing it make him jelous or just try to kill me (which would be funny to see). Obviously this is only a problem because he's my friend.

Sounds like you need better friends. Also, nobody really follows the "bro's before ho's" code. When it comes to your penis, a sense of honor is a rarity among teenage boys. Either you come to an agreement with him that neither of you will pursue her, or you both try your best and may the best man win.
