My personal opinion is that muscles are gross, except when it works. Which isn't often. |
I mean I would like to have more muscle or at least more definition on my 6 pack but I don't want bulging, veiny monsters.

I prefer men who are masculine in appearance. How you define that is subjective, of course. Generally, skinny fellas do very little for me, but I have taken to a couple where their attitude more than made up for it.

Well if we're doing pinnups...me a two months back when I wanted to see if protein shakes were working. They were. I lost 5 lbs and my muscles to fat ratio increased...woop. Since we're being camwhorish, my arms need a fuckton of work and I still need to work on my definition. EDIT: Ok it's gone for good...I just realised I was in my jammies XD |

Haha I know, I have been downing eggs like there's no tomorrow, I'm 70kg or 11st for us Brits, but I am aiming to stay around that, just get rid of my love handles and replace them with more muscle.
May I inquire as to how many crunches you do? If you do anything like that AiN. |

I tried to up my muscle, although I concentrated on strength rather than definition. Several months of increased eating, protein shakes, weight-lifting and general gym, and what do I show for it? I increased by precisely 0kg.

That is very possible Max, you may well be ectomorphic meaning it is hard if not impossible to get muscular, on the up side it's also hard to get fat! I thought I was endomorphic when I was younger but turns out I'm mesomorphic.

I do next to no sport, but I seem to have beefed up a little from playing musical instruments. My arms are growing from pumping my accordion* all day, and gyrating my hips while playing the base is giving me abs.
The weird thing is I have abs but no pecs, so I end up looking like a fish. *Not a euphemism |
