well it sounds great, although I expect a cheap manifactured plastic thing, but if it holds what it promises, it's gonna be perferct.

20 built-in games + a SD card slot, it's possible to play every ROM I can find in the internet!
has anyone already tried this one out?

No, only SD Cards. But there's another Game Gear Clone out there which takes orig cartridges.

I hate portable gaming so this is something I won't be buying but that is really cool! I love retro gaming and I'm sure that all retro gamers out there would love this.

Ummm... That's not impact. Go in paint, choose Impact and insert an apostrophe. Impact is more blockier.
I believe this is the custom font Bebas. Simular to Impact but not Impact.

Because this has built in games. Will be easier and cheaper to purchase and it might have a decent battery life unlike the Nomad.

I don't doubt it's licensed, as this is the exact kind of thing Sega would do, but it is (in my opinion) still dumb as hell.

I think it's a fantastic device and it's at a nice price aswell.

MM's cartridge is too big to fit in as well...I won't be buying.

Dumb as hell because it's easy to emulate on portable devices. Well, okay. Dumb as hell isn't quite right. It's just not really my cup of tea. I can't help but think it's just a Gamegear with spare buttons.
