Stranger's Wrath file issue

Some days ago I installed Oddworld Stranger's Wrath on my PC, directly from Steam of course.
I am having very strange file issue with it, here's its text:

"Cannot move file: cannot read from the source file or disk"

Google says that this is connected with moving/copying files.. but it happens when i try to start Stranger. It doesn't matter whether I re-download it or move away from folder. After that error Stranger starts 'normally' like: Launcher with all the options, and loading screen. When loading ends, only some strange pixels appear in upper part of window (and full screen - tried). I tried also downloading Unlocker program that google suggested - it doesn't help.

Here's my system spec's:
Win XP Proffesional (2002 version) with Service Pack 3, 1,5 GB DDR1 RAM, Intel Pentium 4 2,6 GHZ, NVIDIA GeForce FX 5500.

PS. All other Oddworld games work.
PS2. It might not be proper bug text because i'm from Poland so I needed to translate it.. even google had different words in this.
PS3. Email to Oddworld Inhabitants sent and no one answered. Also similar topic found via google didn't help me.

EDIT: Did you see this thread?

Try going to:

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\stranger's wrath\

And check for a folder called "save". Delete that and rerun the game.

Yes i saw this thread. It DOES NOT work.
btw. patch changed its place to my documents. Removing it from there DOES NOT work.

@edit maybe i should get a save from beginning of the game to start it?

I don't think that will work, but by all means try it.

So please make that save and upload it to site like filefront, and then post link here :)

Use ProcessMonitor to see what files its trying to move, perhaps its moving the old game saves and it cant read/write either program files (needs run as admin on Vista/Win7) or your app settings directory.
