I've heard that already so many times, I don't think there's really any need for an .mp3 download. I'm pretty sure if you just googled that you'd find one anyway.

Usually there is somewhre online converter tools that can possibly turn video to *.mp3 ^^

You mean the java apps that let you download YouTube videos? Some of them have a download as .mp3 file on there.
