When the AO HD will be done?
 

Hi mah first thread so this is just about guessing when does the game come and would you buy it soon as possible? My guess some around 2011 end?
And would you buy it even the game ''might'' be expensive like 50+? just curious but if you ask from me hell yeah id buy it. So if you think this thread is kinda off-topic or something that dosent belong here then im sorry :(

News stories tell us that it will be released somewhere this year. As for if I'll buy it if it costs over 50 bux, I don't think so. I suspect the HD remake can be classified as an indy game, so asking the price of a full game for it might be a little overdoing it.

"When it's done!" - Although as seen in other threads, Just Add Water have been quoted saying that they'll release 4 Oddworld titles this year, so your guess might be correct.

Well as my mistake i don't buy it if it looks like a child game like well if you think crash bandicoot the old one was good but new ones looked like you can melt your brains out and enjoy the game somehow so if it looks awesome and still original then yup

I think it will be released some time after the date they they planned to announce it.

As long as it comes out before the world ends in 2012 then ill be happy

I was hoping they'd release it this year. But maybe the 4 other titles they are planning for this year makes up for it, haha.

Actually, I'm not sure. I was tired when I wrote that earlier post anyways, haha.

Gilray's tweets confuse me, I'm not sure if AO HD is one of the 4 projects or not.

Well he just said twice that it's not, so...

Let me see if I have this straight:

• Four titles will be released in 2011.
• One is Stranger's Wrath HD, confirmed by Stewart.
• Abe HD has been confirmed NOT to be one of the four, as it's due for release next year.
• Abe Speak hasn't really been confirmed as one of the four.

So we have at least two unannounced titles to look forward to, possibly three.

Well it hasn't been officialy cancelled and it was a great idea for a game so there is still a chance it could eventualy be made.

I'm not saying it wouldn't be a great game; in fact, I would really like it myself. It's just the chance of it being released at this point is low - it's probably on the bottom of their laundry-list of priorities, really.

People should contemplate whether JAW could actually remaster all four games by the end of the year.
