Doesn't this place get boring for you mods?
 

For you mods who have been on here for at least a couple of hours a day for like 3-4 years, doesn't it get a bit boring?

3-4 years? They've been here longer than that for sure.

There's always something to do around here. If you're bored you can just go troll in some thread and have hours of joy!

Some people here have been around since before this forum was made.

I think I lurked on 'the place that came before' but never registered. Damn that must be like way back in the late 1990's. God I'm old.

Couple of hours a day? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH.

It's not unheard of to be on a forum for almost a decade now that the internet is over a decade old. :P

I was on one forum for about about... actually, about 8 years, and was a mod for around half of those years or more. And for about two years I was an admin.

Forums only get boring when they get stagnant, and I know in my case the longer I stayed in a seat of moderation the more jaded my opinion of the members became.

Sometimes it's boring, sometimes it's not. Just depends on the leve of activity. I'm really hoping for more new mombers that would stay :) ... If people would just stop scaring them off!! *shaky fist* <.<

But anyway, just because the place stays the same, doesnt mean the people do. So something new will eventually always happen.

Being an Admin for my forum is fine, because we have no members.

This forum is unique in that the members are just as jaded as the mods.

This place is a drug. I've tried to leave everytime I've had life problems.

I think the furthest I made it was five days. Just to spite OANST who said I'd be back in four.

I left for nine months. Then three.

I think OANST has forgotten the whole, "HEY, IT'S DICKS AND A DOO," shit.

That's because it's Dicks Anna Does.

Really though. It fits better when made into ''Dicks 'n' a doo''. Closer to the original name :D
