Extracting sprites?
 

I believe I read that this is completely possible (maybe only for AO? can't remember), which program is used to do it? I don't really want to go through 60 pages to find it...

I feel your pain, hopefully I'll have my website up in a few weeks so its easy to find things. FYI it will convert both AO and AE.

And where can I find that?

hm im gonna find the decoder 4.0 mabe he has the dlls

Ah mis matched dll versions :( Once I get everything in one place on my website it should be easy to grab full working versions with out any issues like this.

Too bad I really don't have any time at all to work on it lately :( (Even working weekends!)

Will there be a new version of the decoder app?
