I got this in my email.

So what do I do?

You don't have to do anything. If an account's password is attempted incorrectly five times, it gets blocked but only for 15 minutes. Given that you're back here, you can see that there are no lasting effects. It's happened to me in the past too.

Just have fun trying to guess who it could have been.
