My oddworld Collection
 

I figured I'd show some pieces from my collection. I dont really have much now, but I'd like to get more oddworld merch in the future!

This first one is an Oddworld Countertop Standee and is one of my favorite displays. Pretty sure it was used at E3 to promote the game. Anyone else know of any other displays or have any pics? I'm pretty sure there is a Oddworld Abe's Exoddus standee as well but I've never seen an actual pic of it.

Next up is my Oddworld Trade Demo, I dont really know much about it except it was handed out before the game's release, probably at E3.

BTW could a mod fix the title to "My oddworld Collection" I couldnt figure out how to fix it from what I had originally.

Thanks! Yeah, its not easy to find stuff for it :(. I search every day for oddworld stuff across the globe but I have found very little out there. One of my goals tho is to get a hold of one of those Oddworld statues, and oddworld whoopie cushion, and a few other known items that are out there.

Aaaa just a solo demo disk of Abe's Oddysee for PS1, I would love to have one of those.

What does your demo entail? My demo is just Rupturefarms before it was finalised

Oddworld statues are only fanmade(and from what i've sen not really well); at this point make one yourself;)

That countertop standee is cool. Wish I had some merch, I always check eBay but all they have is crappy fanmade posters and shit.

Actually, there are a few out there, one is a resin kit and the other is the one made by muckle studios / Studio Oxmox. The second one can actually be considered somewhat official because they are the leading company to produce statues for gaming events and promotions. I am assuming Oddworld Inhabitants ordered it from them but I can't be sure.

They also made the soul Reaver statue which was an in-house employee item at Crystal Dynamics, so I would definately consider that statue to be very close to official.

No, that model was produced and sold without OWI's permission. They sent Studio Oxmox a cease-and-decist. It seems like it was comissioned by GT Interactive, though. It wouldn't be the only time GT seems to have comissioned Oddworld merch without OWI's permission:

A picture of Abe on Elum showed up on eBay a few years ago, the seller claiming it was a design for a model comissioned by GT. I asked OWI about it. Shortly afterwards it disappeared off eBay.

Interesting, was not aware of this, this would probably explain why they are so limited.

I think all demos of AO are just the first RuptureFarms level. That's all it is on PS1 and PC anyway. :)

That's quite a collection you've got there. Seems like you've got it all organized as well.

My collection is pitiful. The first two games (out of commision), MO and SW, MO GBA, 2 manuals (one incomplete), and a disk box from 10 years ago.

All I own is:

- the two discs for Abe's Exoddus (PS1, missing case)
- Abe's Oddysee (PC)
- Munch's Oddysee

..and that's it.

where the hell do you find this stuff coz i have been looking every where on the internet?

I haz the book, all discs and all manuals, a demo for the PS1 and I think that's it. Apart from one or two oddworld cards...I think I might own

(Note: I hope to add the Oddboxx to this, everyone will (probably) be doing that)

Okay, sorry I'm new and I just got exited because I've never seen oddworld merch.

There also a few Oddworld Munch's Oddysee pins floating around on Ebay. Might get. :D
