fuck the speed in egypt sucks, it's 512KB/s which downloads like 48 kb/s and uploads like 15 kb/s...and yeah i am kinda the one that's cheap, 512 is the lowest speed u can get, but i can just pay more money every month to get higher speed, but we are takin an offer from our isp (TE Data), we pay extra 100 EGP each month and they double the speed and pay the phone bills for us.
