Anyone else get any dodgy mail recently?

BEEN getting them! I get ads for porno, viagra, cannibus....ugh...what do they think I am? An impotent, prevertive, male hippy?
(but then...they can't tell what sex I am from my email... 'dragonzone', so thats part of the reason...)

I got adverts for all via ICQ, then I got rid of it...and for some strange reason, I don't get ANYTHING in my ntl account.

I don't get any in my Yahoo account [the Spam hasn't tracked it down yet], and this was the first piece of junk mail i've recieved in my Hotmail acount...

Pfft, I'm always getting them. And ones for Bodybuilding Boxing steroids... I just check who it's from and delete it if I don't recognise the address, now.

*sigh* I get so much junk mail it annoys me. I get everything from people offering loans, ecommerce, search engine ratings, viagra, penis enlargments, winning holidays, making money... the list just goes on and on and on.

I get so much junk because I run websites. Because my email address in on my website, it is an easy target for those kinds of emails. The sad thing is, I get more junk than proper email now... and even though I have my email program filter the messages, some always comes through.

The trouble is that if you reply to remove your address, it can get worse, as your address is verified as being read, and you may get more junk mail.

You'd think there would be laws to stop this kind of thing. And as if you'd trust any business that sends email from a "hotmail" account.

I feel like signing up their address to a spam list and making them know what it is like to get lots of rubbish every day.
